Program Terms, Details & Policies

 

Month-to-Month:
Think of this like a flexible gym membership. You can stay for as long as you want and cancel anytime before your next billing date. It’s great if you’re unsure how long you’ll need support or if you prefer to keep things open.

3-Month Commitment:
This option is for go-getters who want steady progress, predictable support, and a clear plan. You’re setting yourself up for better consistency, which usually means better results.

Quality: Whether you choose month-to-month or a 3-month commitment, the quality of the work we deliver will be top-tier, as always.

 

Your Commitment Matters

No coaching plan works without your participation. The results you see will depend on your consistency, honesty, and willingness to follow the recommendations we build together. I’ll guide you, support you, and problem-solve with you, but the day-to-day follow-through is in your hands.

Choosing any tier means you understand and agree that:
• Progress requires your active effort
• Communication and check-ins help me support you effectively
• Following your program and the customized recommendations is your responsibility
• Outcomes depend on your engagement, not just the plan itself

My role is to give you a clear, personalized path. Your role is to walk it. When we both show up fully, that’s when the real progress happens.

 

For month-to-month plans:
You can cancel anytime before your next billing date. To cancel, just message me in the app or email me ([email protected]) directly. Once a billing cycle starts, payments are non-refundable and support continues through the full cycle.

For 3-month commitment plans:
No refunds. Pauses allowed (see below)

Option changes:
Sometimes symptoms flare or life gets chaotic. If you’re on a lower tier option and your situation changes in a way that requires more hands-on support, frequent programming, or live coaching calls, we’ll simply upgrade you to the option that fits your needs.

You’re always welcome to move up or down a tier at the start of any billing cycle. If you need to upgrade mid-cycle because of a setback, the cost will be adjusted based on the additional support provided.

This keeps the process fair, predictable, and aligned with the level of care you’re receiving.

Before you checkout:
By selecting any option above and completing checkout, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms of the program, including:

• The support structure included in your plan
• The program update frequency and support specifications
• The cancellation policy (month-to-month plans can be canceled anytime before the next billing date; once a billing cycle begins, payments are non-refundable and support continues through that cycle. 3-month commitment plans can be canceled but no refunds will be issued unless otherwise discussed)
• The upgrade/downgrade policy (plan changes take effect on the next billing cycle unless otherwise discussed)

Your purchase acts as your acknowledgment of these terms and your consent to the guidelines that help us work together effectively and respectfully.

 

Auto-Renewal:
For the month-to-month option, this renews automatically each month. If you wish to cancel before your next billing date, please provide notice at least 2 days before your next billing cycle to avoid charges. If you have enrolled in a 3-month commitment plan, that will NOT auto renew at 3 months.

Messaging Expectations:
You may message me at any time. I respond to all client messages during business hours, typically within a few hours to 1 business day. If a request requires deeper analysis or custom recommendations, I may suggest a Zoom call or include it in our next scheduled check-in.

Zoom Calls
If you are enrolled in an option that does not provide Zoom calls and we determine that you need a call, a single-session rate applies ($150/up to 55 minutes). These sessions are based on availability.

 

  • Pause Policy (e.g., for vacations): You may pause your subscription once during the 3-month term for up to 2 weeks with prior notice. For month-to-month plan pauses only: You may pause your month-to-month subscription at anytime and pick up where you left off upon request. During the "pause" period there will not be any support provided. If you do go on vacation and plan to continue following a plan that we put together for while you’re away or want to continue to receive ongoing support no matter what, that is an option as well and you may elect not to pause.

 

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of this service and time commitment, refunds are not available once a billing cycle begins.

 

  • Billing Date: Billing occurs on the same date each month based on your start date.
