Program Terms & Policies

Minimum Commitment:
All tiers require a 3-month minimum to ensure enough time for meaningful progress and support. After 3 months, clients may cancel at any time with a 7-day notice via email or text.

Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. If you wish to cancel after the initial 3 months, please provide notice at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.

In-Person Session Policy (Tier 3):
In-person sessions are scheduled in advance and must be used within the billing cycle. They do not roll over if missed or canceled.

Messaging Expectations:
You may message me at any time. I respond to all client messages during business hours, typically within a few hours to 1 business day. If a request requires deeper analysis or custom recommendations, I may suggest a Zoom call or include it in our next scheduled check-in.

Program Updates (Tiers 2 & 3):
App-based programming updates are made monthly, based on Zoom call check-ins or messaging assessments. Please allow 1 business day for implementation after feedback is received.

  • Pause Policy (e.g., for vacations): You may pause your subscription once during the 3-month term for up to 2 weeks with prior notice.
  • Refunds:ย Due to the nature of this service and time commitment, refunds are not available once a billing cycle begins.
  • Billing Date:ย Billing occurs on the same date each month based on your start date.
